Chanel, London

We don't often like what this brand does and as we also often mention, their mannequins with their tiny pin heads are just awful, but its a look which clearly appeals to a vast audience so why would they worry?  The latest scheme with their cut out silhouettes does look rather interesting and it is certainly one of their better installations although apart from that there is very little else here to comment on.

Nike Global Retail Lab, Oregon, USA.

This is a really interesting project in collaboration with Nike and www.mllingtonassociates.com  The team at millington associates were recently asked to collaborate with Nike Retail Lab in Portland, Oregon to help with the creative visualisation into reality for their new Magista 2 Football boot.  The team were given visuals of a brain made from the fly knit thread of the brands famous boot which was sculptured using steel rods which were then used to form the brains 3D profile.  Great to see such interesting developmental images from concept to completion of a scheme to share with you all.

Ted Baker, London

If there is one brand clearly having some fun right now then it has to be Ted Baker.  Thankfully, this brand are still rocking the Summer Holiday season following the Sale period complete with a lifelike flock of seagulls and the strapline 'Mine'.  Great fun narrative from this mid range brand.

John Smedley, London

Collaborations are clearly de rigueur and right now John Smedley and the British born painter Doris A. Day have produced this incredible collection based on the theme the 'Artistry of Knit' using the highest quality fabric paints on some of the worlds finest knitwear.  The scheme produced by Tenn Ltd is a vibrant, clean and contemporary installation reflecting the post modern period with its dripping paint tins to reflect Day's work.  Check out this brands scheme either along Jermyn or Brooke street.

Dsquared2, London

We do adore this brand although this is a slightly non-committal scheme right now.  We did see this a few weeks ago although it was quite light when we viewed it so have only just been able to include it now.  There's no real narrative here and clearly the product is the focus although the large Black Bamboo against the Pink backdrop looks stunning when you see it in life however there's just no more than that for us to mention.

Akris, London

A lot of brands are still in Sale right now so we are slightly struggling to find much innovation around town.  At Akris however, exotic birds fly from left to right across the backdrop and are repeated in vinyl on the fenestration in this product-led scheme.  There's little else here for us to mention although the colours of the birds do look great.

Clarks, London

We have tended to gush a little over the windows at Clarks although only as their latest schemes have been such a welcomed departure from what we are used to seeing at this brand. Showcasing their Athleisure products (actually only three products in their Regent street windows in total; thats confidence in this product for you) and a supporting online presence which is highly comparable to many luxury brands, this scheme is a leap ahead in footwear presentation and we just hope that they keep them coming.

Brunello Cucinelli, London

AW16 collections are clearly already on their way if this scheme is anything to go by.  Here we have references to gardening complete with 'shed' backdrop (albeit a very posh one) complete with garden seating and very shiny tools indeed.  We always find it slightly jarring seeing such layered schemes when the weather is so warm here in London, but thats fashion for you.

Ara Vartanian, London

We do love to see a bit of clever humour in store windows particularly when everything around us in the world appears to be so chaotic.  We've also never heard of this brand so its a welcomed relief to find a brand beyond the ones we normally include (simply as they change their schemes so often and do interesting things) out there on the high street.  Ara Vartanian is a Brazilian jewellery brand who have just opened their first store here in London's Mayfair.  Working in conjunction with those lovely guys at www.millingtonassociates.com the brands first scheme revolves around Space, Planets and constellations which reflect some of the concepts at the heart of Ara Vartanian's fantastic pieces.  We will keep an eye on this brand moving forward and fingers crossed they continue to produce ever more incredible schemes which we can share with you.

Ralph Lauren, London

Ralph Lauren appears to favour these kind of apartment / lifestyle-type installations as it seems to be a recurring theme at this brand.  Whose lifestyle or apartment we're not entirely sure although of course the schemes are always of the highest quality.  Rocking the beige at the moment this isn't the most exciting 'thing' we have ever seen from this brand although maybe its some kind of intermediate scheme, who knows?

Anthropologie, London

If you want to buy delicious home ware then look no further than Anthropologie.  We tend to gush when we see this brand as they do what they do so well, and......and....they now how bust forms with articulated arms. Yay...!  What a relief and looking so much better than previously.  Beautiful hanging banners and artistically stacked product this is one brand firmly on our radar and as always looking super cool.

Topman, London

We passed this scheme the other evening and while we can only guess that this is referring to the festival season it was actually quite interesting so view such an intriguing architectural structure within this space along Oxford Street. There isn't much else we can say about this installation other than that but do go an have a look if you can.

Prada, London

No one brand understands colour like Prada does.  We always see such interesting combinations of tones, graphics and occasionally props, but then when you have your own foundation brimming with work from the most exciting artists in the world its no wonder.  We dont know what the references are in the graphics although the top image looks vaguely 'Metropolis' however we can only guess.
