We're guessing that the coils used here are tongue in cheek references to Spring although we are not absolutely sure (we probably made that up for some reason). Threaded throughout this scheme are neon 'ropes' across the length of the run of windows and although we weren't so sure about the 'skirted' suspended forms we are sure that there is some method in their madness and perhaps we just don't 'get it'.
