Anya Hindmarch, London

Sadly we missed this opportunity (Grrrrr.....) however we have included it here as it is indicative of what is happening on the high street right now.  Between the dates of 21st - 24th February, you had the opportunity to personalise the brands new Neeson collection, we guess in store.

Etro, London

We clearly use the same trend intelligence information as this brand as they have completely nailed it for SS19 with this scheme.  Featuring a under water/sea scheme complete with three dimensional Fish this is absolutely what was predicted by the various trend websites out there for the coming season.

Liberty, London

Liberty have installed a curated collection of their wares in their windows right now from the likes of Nikki Tibbles, founder of Nikki Tibbles Wild at Heart and Hannah Weiland, Founder of Shrimps.  This is an interesting move for this brand and of course a fresh angle on their product presentation however some great fun narratives with a bit of cheekiness is always appreciated.

Hackett, London

What a beautifully produced installation here at Hackett right now.  As we have mentioned on several occasion's, men's wear can be so difficult to work with and make look interesting and with their fantastic architectural backdrop, complete with faux perspective and of course all perfectly illuminated, this is another killer scheme from this brand.

Fenwick, London

Another killer scheme from Fenwick right now.  Rotating and static mirrors reflecting out to the high street with some very luxurious products fill the windows right now at their Bond street store.  Interestingly the brand is really developing such a confident feel with their windows but do look in store; this might not be your first destination for beautiful things although it should be on your list.

Anthropologie, London

While London enjoys a very unseasonably warm February (thank you African winds) this scheme seems completely appropriate right now.  We assume these are Gladioli (?) here at their Regent street store and therefore perhaps this is more orientated towards SS19.  As always we are huge fans of this brand and their perpetual creativity in retail store windows.

Michael Kors, London

Following on from the range of Graphic-led schemes which we have spotted around town this week is Michael Kors right now.  Michael Kors, plus Peace, London with a nod to the internationally recognised Peace symbol (also known as the Nuclear disarmament symbol for those of us of a certain age) designed for the British Nuclear disarmament movement by Gerald Holtom.

Philipp Plein, London

Graffiti is not our favourite form of expression although this sort of urban (dare we say chic?) look probably works well for this brand (although we cant actually find any links to the scheme through their website?)  We just wish that the brand would think more three-dimensionally about their window spaces rather than simply apply something to a wound of bad design.  That said, this scheme possibly works well with the target audience, doesn't it?

Karl Lagerfeld, London

We initially wrote this post before the sad news of the passing of the great man himself and our sincerest thoughts are with his family and friends at this sad time.
There appears to be quite a lot of Graphic-led schemes around town at the moment.  At Lagerfeld, applying a symmetrical dynamic to their scheme with the strap line 'The World According to Karl' is no exception.  We haven't really noticed this see-it, buy-it strategy for a long while where the product is supported by the back ground image although this is a rather slow time of year so no doubt the best option right now.

Chanel, London

Graphic-led schemes appear to be springing up around town at the moment.  From here at Chanel, Michael Kors and Karl Lagerfeld (the latter ones we will show you shortly).  While we are not a huge fan of this brand and always disliked the mannequins they use, they have more recently been looking rather more loved than they used to be and this Graphic scheme does pack quite a punch.

Ermenegildo Zegna, London

It was slightly odd to see Tennis balls in retail store windows at this time of year however on closer inspection, the brand have launched their Active wear collection so it kind of makes sense.  Complete with 1960's Robin Day-style stackable polypropylene chairs in a repetition format forming the backdrop in conjunction with digital media.

Zara, London

This is a beautiful and clean installation from this brand right now.  Do check them out at their Bond street site store.  Chequered floor plus industrial-looking elements with a hint of things nautical complete with floor fans and ship funnels fill their windows here.

Guess, London

It's been a long while since we included this brand here although they don't really tend to do very much of interest for us to talk about.  However, right now, although there is a slight whiff of Benetton about their product and of course the window scheme is rather emoji overload, seeing this scheme in the flesh, so-to-speak, it does actually look quite dynamic.  The mannequins do look a bit like a Police line-up rather than a photo shoot-style however it did draw us in so job well done we guess.

Isabel Marant, London

While this is not the most exciting window installation at Isabel Marant we do have to mention that they are one of the very few brands who actually put information on their website about their schemes which is enormously appreciated.  They clearly know how to communicate to their audience.  Their latest offering is The Tamitoo family which is made up of 35 members across the world.  Designed in a 70's style, their light hues are references to the SS19 collection also within their windows.  The pieces themselves have been produced by Arnold Goron.
