Moynat, London

What could possibly more desirable than a gorgeous piece from this incredible brand?  Showcasing some of their historical pieces in their windows right now and we think they've included one of the batten trunks and a couple of their Limousine trunks from 1905.  Apparently the latter trunks fit perfectly on top of a Limousine just in case you were looking.

Pomellato, London

We've never thought to include this brand previously although of course these kinds of windows without the product can always look rather odd.  However we were struck by the amazing colours of these jewel-like glass structures in the background which look so appealing.  It transpires that this brand first launched in 1967 in Milan and has quite a few interesting, mainly Hollywood advocates.

Brunello Cucinelli, London

We've seen some really lovely schemes from this brand previously, particularly when they had their store just behind L.V.  We're trying to recall is this is the old Belstaff site (we need to check again) but anyway, we cant help feeling looking at the windows here that there's a hint of Photoshop going on with no Visual Merchandiser to implement this scheme.  This kind of Police line-up effect with the headless mannequins and seemingly random product is the type we would normally see when marketing departments get their hands on windows and bring someone in who has a few photoshop skills and the visual merchandising specialist has been made redundant during the pandemic.  Why is the honeycomb structure filled with merchandise but up against the back wall?  What are the props even doing?  *Sigh*

Asprey, London

We were rather surprised to see that this brand has moved from its incredible site along Bond street to what looks like a tiny store on Bruton street.  Luxury brands move all of the time of course across Bond street so its not really any news although we werent exactly overwhelmed with this installation.  The brand did have huge windows in their previous site which we can recall at one time being the envy of the Visual merchandising industry although we guess time changes and all brands go through periods of feast and famine and we're glad that after over 200 years that they have at least survived.

Emporio Armani, London

Times are clearly changing rapidly.  It wasn't that long ago that most brands appeared to avoid most things sustainable or at least Green washed everything.  During the pandemic we saw more of more of these kinds of brands adding a whole range of sustainble stuff to their collections which of course is great although the cynical part of us always wonders just how much anything that they do really is (no matter what their websites claim).  Anyway, here you go, the launch of a new Sustainble Capsule from this brand.

Roksanda, London

Wow, look how beautiful this scheme is...!  In conjunction with Emily Moore, the brand have installed this incredible scheme which we believe is called Wilds of Love.  Artist collaborations are of course not new but what a great way to showcase their work and have an amazing scheme too.  Win, win then.

Tods, London

Thankfully, the large format graphics have gone and a prop-led scheme has been launched.  Phew.  From what we can gather these amazing installation have been created from some of their delicious products in a repetition format.  Beautifully produced and placed on a plinth of bricks.

Burberry, London

With the launch of their new outerwear collection comes a brand new scheme.  And, how incredibly different this one is.  This brand is delivering these schemes so fast at the moment we can barely keep up.  Do check out their website too as the video for this launch is a-m-a-z-i-n-g and of course as usual, the product is highly desirable.

Harrods, London

How fabulously glitzy is this brand looking right now...!  As always we are staggered by the numbers of windows that the team work with at this store and of course the number of super luxurious brands who are included in their schemes.  Not an easy task for sure.  Naturally, a still image cant do this scheme justice so we've included a very short snapshot video also via our facebook page so that you can appreciated the wonder of these windows.

Zara, London

You may remember that recently we included this scheme, or rather the flagship version of it recently although it is really interesting to see how the smaller / less important perhaps / lower footfall or generally not a flagship store scheme looks like too.  This is simply a smaller version without the dot matrix included.

Roberto Cavalli, London

There's a bit of a roadie vibe happening at this store along Sloane street although we suspect it might be referencing the designers long history of working with some of the Hollywood greats.  Flight cases (the kind you usually see in the preparation for a rock concert), T-shirts in frames as well as the product itself fill the windows here.  We're not sure if there is a bigger meaning or at least a reference here although their website makes no connection to the scheme so your guess is as good as ours.

Diesel, London

We've seen quite a few of these supermarket inspired schemes over the years, the last one was probably an amazing installation at Debenhams a few years ago (which didn't last very long).  Just to note that thats not an 'Ouch' comment as we do still love schemes like this.  As always this brand produce some great work although we're not quite sure that these bust forms are doing them any favours however?

Harvey Nichols, London

If there is a brand that we would love to be then its this one.  Constantly delivering and always creative (them not us).  Its very rare for us to include day time images here due to the reflection on the glass but we happened to be in this part of town and just had to capture this scheme for you along our way.  In conjunction with https://wildatheartfoundation.org/ the team have implemented yet another traffic stopping scheme.  More images on our Insta account.

Gucci, London

Its been such a long time since we looked at this store along Sloane street and indeed this brand.  We can see that they do amazing stuff although the security grille always obscures their windows so its impossible to capture anything interesting, and well.  As always, superb product (if you like your clothes to match the rug, and who doesn't?) plus of course an interesting use of mirrors here creating a portal of sorts although to where is unclear.

Empty Shop Unit, London

With so many empty shop units across the city it really has made us realise how much of a knife edge so many retailers are on.  We came across this one bathed in a Selfridges Yellow tone which looks quite inviting (although most are not) however with so many empty spaces looking like missing teeth on the high street we thought we would pause and urge you all to ditch at least some of the online retailers (particularly the one which funded sending the dreadful person into space - do we really need to give them more of our money?) and get out there and support your high streets.
